Representative Iwanaga unveiled his retirement

Representative Mineichi Iwanaga (Shiga Prefecture 4th District) said at a press conference that he won't run for the upcoming election, and will retire from the political world.

He said his health condition hasn't been in good shape since the middle of September, which made him decide to quit working as a LDP statesman. It's uncertain who will succeed Iwanaga within the LDP.
